Dallas Fed Predicts 10% Unemployment Rate

According to this story Richard Fisher, the CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, is predicting that the unemployment rate (which was 8.5% in March 2009) will soar to 10% or beyond during 2009.
