All of Kentucky's 120 Counties saw an increase in unemployment

It's bad enough that Kentucky has the nations 9th worst unemployment rate in the nation (with 9.8% unemployment), but according to The Business Courier of Cincinnati every one of the State's 120 counties saw an increase in the ranks of the jobless in March 2009.
Menifee County had the state's highest rate of unemployment at over 18%.
