California's Unemployment Rate Tops 10%

According to the LA Times the state of California saw 10.1% unemployment rate in January, 2009. That is up 140 bps, from 8.7%... The 10.1% unemployment rate in California is the worst since 1983, and close to the all-time worst (11%) seen in 1982.

California joins Michigan and Rhode Island in the 10%+ Club... What other states will be up there with them?
