Virginia's Unemployment Hotline is Busy

This marks the 4th state to have jammed phone lines since the holidays:

According to the Virginia Pilot, the state of Virginia's unemployment hot-line has been receiving calls at the rate of 73,000 per day---This is setting records and causing many calls to go unanswered. According to the unemployment agency, the best times to call are before 7:30 am or after 5:00pm
