Call it a computer glitch, but for an unfortunate few Californians and hundreds of folks from Alabama, the phone calls that were meant for the Alabama unemployment office have been erroneously routed to residents in California---who have received thousands of calls!

its really sad isn't it? I mean the Insurance companies are crazy, the taxes have gone up and there are alot of unemployed people in California... this is so depressing. It's hard to be positive.
