If you ever watch the talking heads on TV and wonder if they are ever correct, you should check out this youtube clip (10 minutes long). Peter Schiff was predicting the market & real estate down-turn throughout 2007 and 2008---While other Talking heads (Including Ben Stein) were pushing Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Bear, and WaMu.
