According to WAVE Channel 3 in Louisville, Kentucky the state of Kentucky's Unemployment Insurance fund is at risk of running out of money before February 2009.
Currently the unemployment insurance fund has less than $50 million in it, and once it runs out of cash the state of Kentucky will borrow money from the federal government to keep the insurance checks going.
